Future Plans

In the future, I want to graduate high school, and hopefully not get "senioritis" as my brother called it. He said he thought that since he was a high school senior, he could stop working hard on his assignments. I don't want to get that nearing the end of my high school years. Anyways, after I graduate, I want to take a year off before I go to UC San Diego, or UCSD. My brother is currently attending this college, so I think having a sibling who went there would give me an advantage. And when he was researching this college, I seemed very interested in their specialties and the history if it. I hope college will prepare me for my dream job of a grade six history teacher. While I'm working hard for this career, I want to have a home with one of my best friends. I have a lot planned out for my future, but I know that if I hope and work hard, I can have my dream life.

Aliens

Recently, what seems to be a UFO flew across California. People aren't sure but this started to make me think because I have never really thought about that argument of whether aliens exist or not. But it made me realize that in this whole entire unbelievably huge universe, the chance that we are the only intelligent life form isn't very likely. I mean, think about it. Each star is a light year away from each other, which is crazy seeing as a light year is when light takes a year to travel, and light is extremely fast. So a light year is pretty far. And if all of the very many stars are in the universe, that says how big it is. The universe is too large for us to be the only ones in it. Much of the galaxy is unexplored, so maybe one day in the future we will meet aliens. What if they're not evil either? So with this information, doesn't it seem like there could possibly be aliens?
